This was Sony's top end machine in 1990, a LD/CD/CD-V combi. Finished in silver with wooden end panels the Y280,000 machines measures 470 x 144 x 473mm (w x h x d) and weighs a whopping 30kg. The player is a two motor model for LD and CD. Video specs are 430 lines and 52db signal to noise. The player features double sided play and digital frame memory.
