Sony's Hi-Vision LD player, the Y600,000 HIL-C1. The machine weighs in at 18.5Kg and measures 470 x 160 x 480mm and is capable of replaying both Hi-Vision and NTSC laserdiscs. NTSC video specs are 425-horizontal line resolution and a 50db signal to noise figure with Hi-Vision LD rated at 650 lines. There is no provision for CD replay.
