Your CDV 475 CD-Video player is
designed to operate in conjunction with your existing HIFI system and a standard
TV set, or colour monitor. You canplay four different types of optical discs on
your player :
- 12 cm ( 4 3/4 inch ) CD Digital Audio Discs. Playable single sided, and
containing up to 74 minutes of stereo sound.
- 12 cm ( 4 3/4 inch ) CDV Singles. Playable single sided, and containing both
video and audio tracks - up to 6 minutes video ( PAL standard ) and 20 minutes
audio. All sound is CD Digital Audio quality and the video sound track may be
either stereo or 2-channel.
- 20 cm ( 8 inch ) CD-Video Extended Play disc. Playable single or double sided,
contgaining up to 20 minutes per side, with CD Digital Audio sound, either
either stereo or 2-channel.
- 30 cm ( 12 inch ) CD-Video Long Play Discs. Playable single or double sided,
containing up to 60 minutes video per side, with CD Digital Audio sound, either
stereo or 2-channel.
